Terms & Conditions
- $200 minimum for initial order
- 3-piece minimum per style (mixed colors and sizes of same style accepted)
- $100 re-order minimum (a $10 handling fee will be applied for orders that do not meet the minimum)
- Once the 3-piece minimum per style has been met, you are free to re-order as many pieces of that style as needed
- Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, or AmEx), COD Money Order, Wire Transfers, or Pre-Pay Checks
- A service charge of $25 will be applied to all returned checks. All shipments will be put on hold until the unresolved balance is cleared
- All claims must be made within 10 working days upon receipt of order
- Please reference purchase order or invoice number associated with the items being returned when requesting a return authorization
- Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization
Returns will be authorized under the following conditions:
- Garments are defective or damaged prior to receipt
- Garments have not been worn
- Garments are on their original hanger with the correct size markings
- Garments have the original “Sweet Kids” or “Cole by Sweet Kids” hang tag
- Garments are in their original poly bags
- We offer drop-ship services for existing customers who have expedited orders for a flat fee of $10 per order.
- All drop-ship requests must be emailed to customerservice@sweetkidsinc.com

- Customer’s name, ship to address, phone number
- Style number, color, size, and quantity
