new accounts
  • $200 minimum for initial order
  • 3-piece minimum per style (mixed colors and sizes of same style accepted)
re-orders
  • $100 re-order minimum (a $10 handling fee will be applied for orders that do not meet the minimum)
  • Once the 3-piece minimum per style has been met, you are free to re-order as many pieces of that style as needed
payment methods
  • Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, or AmEx), COD Money Order, Wire Transfers, or Pre-Pay Checks
  • A service charge of $25 will be applied to all returned checks. All shipments will be put on hold until the unresolved balance is cleared
claims
  • All claims must be made within 10 working days upon receipt of order
  • Please reference purchase order or invoice number associated with the items being returned when requesting a return authorization
  • Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization

Returns will be authorized under the following conditions:

  • Garments are defective or damaged prior to receipt
  • Garments have not been worn
  • Garments are on their original hanger with the correct size markings
  • Garments have the original “Sweet Kids” or “Cole by Sweet Kids” hang tag
  • Garments are in their original poly bags
drop shipments
  • We offer drop-ship services for existing customers who have expedited orders for a flat fee of $10 per order.
  • All drop-ship requests must be emailed to customerservice@sweetkidsinc.com

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Customer’s name, ship to address, phone number
  • Style number, color, size, and quantity

Please call to check stock before making any drop-ship requests
